    Hi. I’m Colette.

Hey. Colette here. If you don’t know me…My passion is to share fundamental relational truths with men and women straight from the heart. Plus, I know who the f*ck I am so you get all my goodness without weird “I need you to like me vibes.” I am no ordinary girl. How boring would that be?! So I don’t run my life or business by traditional or popular means. I do what the f*ck I want, when the f*ck I want to. And I’m good. Real good.I’m always up to something. You know I am. You just may not always know what. And that’s ok because I’m safe. You can…

    You Are the Christmas Star

“Let your light shine that they may see your good works and glorify your father who art in heaven.”  I used to think this meant be nice and good and kind so that others will see God because of my good behavior.  I now know that is basically another way of saying “be like this” so that others approve of you and God will too. What a load of crap! What it really means – Let (allow) your (that would be my – specifically MY) light (the essence of my true being – who the eff I AM) shine.  Allow ME to come through me.  My light.  No one else has it.  And…

    Poem: Let Love Heal

If I could tell you one thing today to heal your heart and make pain go away, I would tell you what I always say, “You are loved, my love.” But I know what happens inside your head. You hear it and for a millisecond hold it dear to your heart, but that is one millisecond before the grand jury starts. They tell you from inside your head why you don’t deserve it and haven’t earned it and that your heart is quite dead. In other words, it’s no use. They give you every damned excuse as to why you’re unworthy of the love you desire, so as to protect…

Fear is a Focus, Not a Fact.

I met a woman this past weekend. She had wild eyes, full of adventure, full of excitement – and full of fear. Clearly she had built a life for herself, and no one could deny her talents. But in that moment, she couldn’t see what they saw. She confided in me that she’d been running her whole life – running away from falling, from failing, from not making it on her own. And she ran damn hard, straight into the wall of fear, every time. She was tenacious. She was strong. She was determined. But in the quiet, in the stillness, she was haunted. Fear had had its grip on…

    All Things Are Yours

In the end, it all comes back to love. The reality that you are and always have been unequivocally l.o.v.e.d. Here is the cycle of life if you choose to allow it: All things are yours. You are never separate from your desires.Releasing leads to receiving them.Receiving them leads to releasing. And in the end, all that ever mattered in all of it is love.Love is the beginning and the end of all things. The end… Life is an unfolding of the undoing. Everything is in the process of returning. We are all in the transition back to the beginning. We never really lose anything or anyone. For all things return as we…

You don’t have light. You are light.

Enlightenment is the state of perceiving without limitation. Enlightenment is an open posture to all that is possible, which allows your soul to extend beyond all perceived boundaries. You were created to live in this optimal state of existence in which you are the creator of your world and the definer of your destiny. To be enlightened is to see without obstruction. All obstruction is rooted in limitation: I can’t have, be, do because I am not…allowed to, worthy, deserving, ______enough (good, smart, rich, pretty, successful, educated, etc). All limitation is rooted in judgement and all judgment begins within our own definition of what is good and what is bad,…
